Shirodhara
In Shirodhara, a steady stream of warm medicated oil, buttermilk, milk, or herbal decoction is poured from a hanging vessel onto the center of the forehead in a rhythmic manner for a fixed duration. It is a specialized Murdha Taila procedure in Ayurveda.
